Can I exchange an item I bought?

Yes, you can exchange your item.

If the item is not worn, not washed, not damaged, is in original condition with tags not been removed, & packaging, you can message us on the same platform you placed the order ( Facebook/ Instagram/ WhatsApp ) or call us requesting an exchange within three (03) days of receiving your package. For Web orders you can reach us through WhatsApp (0772801628)

Exchange is possible only once per invoice. We are unable to offer an exchange for an order that has already been provided with an exchange once. All exchanges will be facilitated as one to one exchange or store credit and cash refunds are not facilitated. 

Discounted / sale items cannot be exchanged.

Items purchased online cannot be exchanged from Guapa Store (kalubowila) or vice versa, as we are only a supplier to Guapa store and we don’t own Guapa Store. 

How do I exchange an item I bought?

Message us on our Facebook or Instagram pages / WhatsApp requesting an exchange with your order details within 03 days of receiving your package.

Pack the items in the original packaging (bag) you received safely

Send us the package via registered post (send us a photo of the document given by post office) to the address given to you or you have the option of dropping it off at our location.

Also you can visit our boralesgamuwa office or send some to hand over your previous package and collect the new package (Monday to Saturday 10am to 5pm ). Please ensure the order is placed in advance to ensure your preferred item is available. 

We will inspect the product and update you on your exchange request has been accepted (within 03 business days of receiving the exchange package) (if it has been worn/used/washed or dry cleaned/altered/ tags have been removed we are unable to offer you an exchange)

You will receive store credit to be used when ever you like for the full value of the product. Courier charges will not be included in store credit as for your delivery courier has already charged us.

The same previous courier fee will be applied to send you the new product as courier will be charging for new delivery

Do you offer refunds?

We do not facilitate refunds, but you are free to exchange your purchase for store credit that can be used any time for a purchase.

What if my delivered product is damaged?

A thorough quality check is being conducted at our production facility before goods arrive at our warehouse. 

However, if you find a damaged item, please contact us on +94 77 280 1628 at the point of delivery. We will exchange the item for you.
